For twenty years Phoenix Services has been providing customized brain injury support to the Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake communities. We have worked hard for the past twenty years to help the people in our services maximize their potential and we plan to work hard for the next twenty years. However, for one day we want to take a break and celebrate with our community (that's you)!

            Live Entertainment.
